Shipping
- We aim to make all deliveries within 5 days from receipt of order
- Items are despatched via Royal Mail 1st class post
- For security purposes goods can only be shipped to your billing address
- Deliveries to the UK only
- Carriage is chargeable depending on the value of your order and is calculated at time of payment. Charges as follows:
- up to £9.99 - £1.50
- £10.00 to £24.99 - £2.95
- £25.00 and above - £3.95
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase then please notify us in writing within 7 days. All goods can be returned to us for a full refund on the cost of the goods or exchanged within 7 days from the date of despatch providing they are unworn and unused. Unfortunately we can't refund postage & packaging charges or provide a free returns service unless the item is faulty. Please ensure that you receive a proof of postage for your own records should the parcel be lost. Jewellike cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
